Crispy Italian rice balls with melty mozzarella centers.

Instructions

  1. Mix risotto with parmesan and seasonings.
  2. Form balls with a mozzarella cube in the center.
  3. Dredge in flour, dip in egg, then coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. Fry until golden or bake at 400F until crisp.
