Grilled chicken with a creamy, spicy coconut glaze.

Instructions

  1. Blend chilies, garlic, ginger, lemongrass, and turmeric.
  2. Simmer the spice paste with coconut milk, tamarind, sugar, and salt.
  3. Marinate chicken in half the sauce for 20 minutes.
  4. Grill or broil chicken, basting with remaining sauce.
  5. Serve with extra sauce on the side.
