Grilled chicken with a creamy, spicy coconut glaze.
Instructions
- Blend chilies, garlic, ginger, lemongrass, and turmeric.
- Simmer the spice paste with coconut milk, tamarind, sugar, and salt.
- Marinate chicken in half the sauce for 20 minutes.
- Grill or broil chicken, basting with remaining sauce.
- Serve with extra sauce on the side.
