Berbere Chicken Curry

A creamy, Ethiopian-inspired curry with berbere spice and tender chicken.

Instructions

  1. Saute onion in olive oil until soft, then add garlic and ginger.
  2. Stir in berbere and tomato paste.
  3. Add chicken and brown lightly.
  4. Pour in coconut milk and broth; simmer until the chicken is cooked through.
  5. Season with salt and serve with rice or flatbread.
