Berbere Chicken Curry
A creamy, Ethiopian-inspired curry with berbere spice and tender chicken.
Instructions
- Saute onion in olive oil until soft, then add garlic and ginger.
- Stir in berbere and tomato paste.
- Add chicken and brown lightly.
- Pour in coconut milk and broth; simmer until the chicken is cooked through.
- Season with salt and serve with rice or flatbread.
