Chermoula Fish with Couscous

Herbaceous chermoula-marinated fish served alongside fluffy couscous.

Instructions

  1. Blend herbs, garlic, spices, lemon, and olive oil to make chermoula.
  2. Coat fish with chermoula and bake until flaky.
  3. Prepare couscous with hot broth.
  4. Serve fish over couscous with extra chermoula.
