Chicken Marsala

Classic chicken marsala with a rich wine and mushroom sauce.

Instructions

  1. Dredge chicken in flour and sear in butter; set aside.
  2. Saute mushrooms until browned.
  3. Deglaze with marsala and broth.
  4. Return chicken and simmer until sauce thickens.
