Flaky pastry pockets filled with fragrant curry potatoes and chicken.

Instructions

  1. Saute onion in oil, add potatoes, peas, chicken, and curry powder.
  2. Cook until potatoes are tender; cool filling.
  3. Cut pastry into squares, fill, fold, and seal.
  4. Brush with egg and bake until golden.
