Classic Ethiopian chicken stew with berbere spices and eggs.

Instructions

  1. Cook onions in butter until soft and golden.
  2. Add garlic, ginger, berbere, and tomato paste; cook for 1 minute.
  3. Add chicken and broth, then simmer until the chicken is tender.
  4. Add hard-boiled eggs and heat through.
  5. Season with salt and serve warm.
