Doro Wat (Ethiopian Chicken Stew)
Classic Ethiopian chicken stew with berbere spices and eggs.
Instructions
- Cook onions in butter until soft and golden.
- Add garlic, ginger, berbere, and tomato paste; cook for 1 minute.
- Add chicken and broth, then simmer until the chicken is tender.
- Add hard-boiled eggs and heat through.
- Season with salt and serve warm.
