Instructions

  1. Saute shallots, garlic, and chilies in oil until fragrant.
  2. Stir in tomato paste and tamarind; cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Add shrimp and cook until pink.
  4. Season with sugar and salt.
  5. Serve with lime wedges and rice.
