Sambal Udang
Spicy, tangy shrimp cooked in a classic sambal sauce.
Instructions
- Saute shallots, garlic, and chilies in oil until fragrant.
- Stir in tomato paste and tamarind; cook for 2 minutes.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink.
- Season with sugar and salt.
- Serve with lime wedges and rice.
