Stuffed Artichokes
Classic Italian stuffed artichokes with garlicky breadcrumbs.
Instructions
- Trim artichokes and rub cut sides with lemon.
- Mix breadcrumbs, parmesan, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff leaves with breadcrumb mixture and drizzle with olive oil.
- Steam until tender and serve warm.
