Stuffed Artichokes

Classic Italian stuffed artichokes with garlicky breadcrumbs.

Instructions

  1. Trim artichokes and rub cut sides with lemon.
  2. Mix breadcrumbs, parmesan, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stuff leaves with breadcrumb mixture and drizzle with olive oil.
  4. Steam until tender and serve warm.
