Tiramisu
Classic coffee-soaked dessert with mascarpone cream.
Instructions
- Whip yolks with sugar, then fold in mascarpone.
- Whip egg whites to soft peaks and fold into mascarpone mixture.
- Dip ladyfingers in espresso and layer in a dish.
- Spread cream, repeat layers, and chill.
- Dust with cocoa before serving.
