Classic coffee-soaked dessert with mascarpone cream.

Instructions

  1. Whip yolks with sugar, then fold in mascarpone.
  2. Whip egg whites to soft peaks and fold into mascarpone mixture.
  3. Dip ladyfingers in espresso and layer in a dish.
  4. Spread cream, repeat layers, and chill.
  5. Dust with cocoa before serving.
